Squad
A goal-packaged team of Digital Employees with shared tools, KPIs and budget.
A Squad is a team of Digital Employees assembled around a business goal, with defined roles, handoffs between them, shared KPIs and a shared budget. The Agent Squad Builder turns a goal into a proposed squad with a cost and outcome forecast range and stated assumptions; a human approves before it deploys.
A squad cannot be deployed without an accepted Goal Contract version with a baseline, attribution rule and evidence method. In the Investment & ROI Ledger, a squad reports its members' allocations; it never re-posts member costs or outcomes as new facts. Squads can be rented as a bundle with a squad discount factor.
