Revenue Squad

A packaged growth squad aimed at a measurable outcome such as leads, local growth or cash collection.

Revenue Squads (Revenue Agent Suites) are packaged squads for measurable growth outcomes. Three are planned for Year 1:

  • Lead Generation Squad — AI SDR, Meeting-to-CRM Updater, Lead Nurture, Quote Follow-up, Market Research and Lead Enrichment agents.
  • Local Business Growth Squad — Content & SEO, Review Response, Social Scheduler, Ads Budget Pacer and Appointment Booking agents.
  • Cash Collection Squad — Collections Reminder and Invoice & Payment-link agents with Billing.

Each runs against a baseline with stop triggers and an outcome definition, with a weekly review and a monthly Investment Statement. Customer Retention and E-commerce Growth squads follow once Year-1 evidence exists.
