Digital Employee
A governed AI agent with a job, KPIs, a budget, an identity, a named human owner and an employment record.
A Digital Employee is One3's name for an AI agent that is managed like a member of the workforce:
Digital Employee = Agent + Job (role, KPIs, supervisor) + Employment record
+ Compute salary (budget) + Identity (non-human) + Career
Each one has a mission, skills (Actions with per-skill autonomy), knowledge scopes, a memory policy, KPIs, a budget, working hours, escalation rules and an employment record of hire, probation, reviews, incidents and promotions. Every Digital Employee has a named human owner who is accountable for its work.
Digital Employees work for the client's team under supervision. They are always disclosed as AI, never claim to be human, and are never positioned as replacing people. Clients can build them in Agents Studio or rent ready-made ones.
