Agent Replacement Engine
Swaps an agent's version or template while keeping the tenant's context, history and ROI lineage.
The Agent Replacement Engine lets a client swap a rented agent for a newer version or a different template without starting over. It carries a context bundle — tenant memory, playbook overrides, approved examples, KPI baselines, guardrails, persona choice and connection grants.
A compatibility report checks that the new version accepts the bundle; mismatches go to human review. Both versions then run in shadow on the same live inputs, are compared, and the client cuts over with a rollback window. The ledger keeps one account lineage across versions, so return history is preserved. Same-family replacements carry no new setup fee. Planned for W3; manual replacement in Year 1.
