Agent Training Gym
The pipeline through which Digital Employees improve — only by tested, versioned releases.
The Agent Training Gym is how Digital Employees get better without changing silently in production:
Production traces (tenant-consented) → redaction and consent check → failure and success labels → scenario and eval creation → prompt, skill or adapter update → offline benchmark → red-team → canary tenants (opted in) → promote or roll back.
A Digital Employee improves only by versioned release, so behaviour stays reproducible, auditable and reversible. Tenant-specific learnings go to that tenant's memory and adapters, never into the shared template. Reviewers see only redacted traces of opted-in tenants. The full Training Gym is planned for W3.
