Shadow mode
The first stage of an agent's work, where it proposes actions, humans act, and agreement is scored.
In shadow mode (autonomy level A1), a new agent or a new skill runs alongside people. It proposes what it would do; a human does the actual work; One3 scores how often the two agree. Nothing the agent proposes reaches a customer.
Shadow mode turns trust into a measurable number. The default promotion rule is at least 50 decisions with at least 90% agreement to move to A2 drafting (defaults, tenant-configurable), together with the Eval Coverage Score threshold. Rented Digital Employees start in shadow mode during probation, and the Replacement Engine runs old and new versions in shadow side by side before a cutover.
