Previous-process baseline
The tenant's own way of doing a task before renting an agent — the only benchmark One3 compares agents against.
One3 measures Digital Employees against the tenant's previous process: the same workflow before rental, which may have included tools, outsourcing or manual steps. It never runs "human vs AI" leaderboards or compares agents with named people.
The previous-process cost comes from the tenant's own measurements during shadow mode and probation, not from generic industry claims. The Agent Performance Arena uses it, together with role targets, to produce evidence packs. Marketing may publish a performance claim only with an approved evidence pack stating segment, channel, sample size, method and confidence.
