Public AI claim rules
One3's written list of approved and forbidden language for AI claims, with evidence required for every claim.
The public AI claim rules govern the website, sales decks, marketplace listings, agent capability cards and investor materials. One3 never uses "replace humans" framing.
Approved: "rent ready-made AI agents, supervised by your team"; "measured on your tasks, with evidence in your Investment & ROI statement"; "brand avatars and AI presenters, always disclosed as AI"; "improves through governed evaluation and approved releases"; "acts within the limits and approvals you set"; "reverse or compensate, depending on the action". Forbidden: guaranteed results or ROI, "clone anyone", "indistinguishable from humans", "self-learning", "fully autonomous business", "undo anything", and certifications not actually held.
ROI wording uses only named metric ids, and every external claim needs an evidence link.
