Agent Investment Statement
The monthly statement that shows each client what it invested in agents and what they returned, with evidence.
The Agent Investment Statement is delivered on day 1–3 of each month as a PDF, in the portal and as a WhatsApp summary, signed with a hash and stored immutably. It always shows three numbers separately, in this order: total customer investment (including supervision time), observed and influenced outcomes (labelled observational), and experimentally estimated incremental contribution — or "not established".
It has eight sections: investment, operations, influenced outcomes, incremental effect, financial return, metrics, guardrails and confounders, and exceptions and disputes. Every ratio is printed with its metric id and break-even. Agency clients see the agency's price as investment.
