Outcome
A verified business result — a deal paid, a meeting held, a ticket resolved — linked to the Actions and Decisions behind it.
An Outcome is the kernel primitive for a verified business result: a deal paid, a meeting held, a ticket resolved without reopen, a collection received. It is the basis of attribution, the Investment & ROI Ledger, outcome pricing and later reinforcement-learning rewards.
Each outcome has one canonical business key per tenant, so a webhook copy and an imported copy of the same sale resolve to one outcome with several evidence items. Corrections are append-only. A provider confirming a message was delivered is not an outcome; the outcome is a separate record with its own evidence.
Individual outcomes are labelled observed or assisted, never "caused".
