Enterprise Brain
The reasoning layer that runs Sense → Understand → Decide → Act → Learn → Govern over the kernel.
The Enterprise Brain answers the questions a management team is paid to answer: what is happening, why, what should we do, did it work, and are we getting better at deciding. It is not a separate product with its own data but a layer of reasoning services over the kernel, the Context Graph, the semantic layer and the event log.
Its components include the Signal Hub, World Model, Business Twin, Goal Stack, Strategic Planner, Decision Engine, a Critic agent, a Governor, an Executor, an Outcome Tracker, Organisational Memory and a Calibration Engine. Its honesty principle: say "I don't know", "this is correlation, not causation" and "run an experiment first" when that is the truth. v1 is planned for Year 2.
