Decision Journal
The record of significant decisions with their expected and actual outcomes, used to calibrate people and agents.
The Decision Journal records every significant decision — human or AI — with its context, alternatives, expected outcome and actual outcome. It is the dataset that makes the Decision Engine better and shows whether decisions are improving over time.
Calibration measures include Brier scores, reliability curves, forecast error and interval coverage, plus a decision-quality review that judges the process separately from luck. Individual human calibration is private by default; agents' calibration is visible within the tenant and drives their weighting and autonomy. Minimum sample sizes apply before any score is shown.
