Business Twin
A simulation of the business that can test interventions before they are made, with stated maturity levels.
The Business Twin makes the Enterprise Brain's World Model executable: it simulates the business under assumptions and interventions. Maturity is claimed only with evidence, from L0 Descriptive through Diagnostic, Predictive (backtested forecasts with intervals), Prescriptive and Interventional (validated against experiment results) to L5 Continuous.
Models must beat naive baselines in backtests, list their assumptions and auto-downgrade when live error exceeds tolerance. The Twin does not claim precise long-range forecasts in novel conditions, causal effects without experiments, or predictions about individual employees. It is planned for W5 (Years 4–5).
