Autonomous loops

The Enterprise Brain's four loops — operational, tactical, strategic and transformational — each with its own autonomy ceiling.

A company runs at several speeds, so One3 runs four loops:

Operational (seconds to minutes): route a lead, reply to a ticket, pause a failing ad. Up to A4 for R1–R3 within budget.
Tactical (daily to weekly): shift budget between campaigns, rebalance workload. Up to A3.
Strategic (monthly to quarterly): start or stop initiatives, re-allocate budget. A2 maximum — agents draft, humans decide.
Transformational (yearly): strategy, markets, business model. A1 maximum — agents analyse, humans decide.

Faster loops get narrower authority; slower loops get more human judgement. Each loop has stop conditions and a learning output.
