Decision Engine
Frames decisions, generates options, estimates expected value and risk, and recommends with confidence.
The Decision Engine is the part of the Enterprise Brain that turns signals and diagnosis into recommendations. It frames the decision (objective, horizon, constraints such as budget, DoA and the Constitution), generates options, estimates expected value and risk, uses simulation where available, and records a recommendation with a confidence level and a pre-registered expectation.
A Critic agent attacks significant recommendations before they reach a person. One3 never claims "the AI knows the best decision" — it offers recommendations with evidence. An alpha is planned for Year 2 and GA for Year 3.
