AI disclosure
One3's rule that people always know when they are dealing with AI.
AI disclosure is hard policy for every Digital Employee, not a setting:
- It never claims to be human and never denies being AI when asked.
- First contact with any external person discloses AI involvement — in text, an email signature or at the start of a call.
- No photorealistic avatar or cloned voice without a verified consent record, and even then it is disclosed as AI.
- Internal agents carry an AI badge in every screen, message and authorship record, and AI-authored work is attributed in audit logs, even after a human edits it.
Channel adapters inject disclosure automatically, and red-team evals test it. Local law may add requirements (verify per market).
