Agent template
A versioned, reusable definition of a Digital Employee role, built from packs by the Role Factory.
An agent template is the reusable definition from which rented Digital Employees are instantiated. It is composed from versioned packs: Role + Industry pack + Skill packs + Language pack + Tool permissions + Knowledge scope + KPI pack + Eval pack + Persona policy. The template pins each pack's version.
A template contains no tenant data — only role logic, generic examples, synthetic scenarios and authored playbooks. When a client rents it, a tenant instance is created with that client's data, memory and policies, all kept inside the client's boundary.
No template is published without an Eval Pack, a persona policy, a named owner and kill criteria.
