Data quality score
A score per record, object and metric; below the threshold, One3 makes no recommendation and shows no ROI figure.
One3 scores data quality from W1–W2. A record score weighs completeness, validity, freshness, uniqueness and source trust; a metric score combines input record quality, pipeline freshness and reconciliation status.
Rules: AI answers show warnings when data is below threshold or stale; no agent or Decision Engine recommendation, and no ROI statement figure, may rest on a metric below the tenant's threshold (default 0.7) — the system says "insufficient data quality" and lists what to fix. MDM-lite golden records with field-level source-of-truth rules keep contacts and companies clean, and merges are proposed, not silent.
