Context Graph
The network of entities and relationships across apps and connectors that agents and the Enterprise Brain reason over.
The Context Graph connects entities — people, companies, deals, tickets, invoices, products — across every app and connector, using the Relation kernel primitive. It lets the Context Engine fetch related records and lets the Decision Engine trace causes across departments, for example from falling sales to stock-outs and complaints.
In Year 1, a relations table plus entity resolution for contacts and companies (MDM-lite) stands in for it. Context Graph v1 is planned for Year 2, with a graph database evaluated in Year 3.
