Migration Factory
The guided pipeline that moves data from tools like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho or spreadsheets into One3, with dry runs and rollback.
The Migration Factory is a platform service that makes switching safe. It profiles the source, proposes field, pipeline, status, user and custom-field mappings with confidence and a reason — never auto-applied — and runs a dry run that writes nothing. Execution runs in resumable batches with checkpoints, followed by a reconciliation report: counts, sums, a sample diff and orphan checks.
Every migrated record is stamped with a migration id, so a batch can be rolled back within a window. Consent and suppression status must migrate. Sources are planned in priority order: CSV/XLSX and HubSpot (W1), then GoHighLevel, Zoho CRM, Freshdesk and Pipedrive (W2); access per source is a verify item.
