Slides produces on-brand presentations from prompts, records, reports and live metrics: QBR decks, board packs, sales pitches and training material. Decks export to PPTX for client formats and never invent numbers.
Decks built from what is true
Slides is planned for W4 (Year 3) as an add-on. It does not chase desktop presentation fidelity. Its job is to make the decks a business produces every month faster to prepare and correct by construction: QBRs, board packs, sales pitches and training material.
From brief to deck
Start with a prompt, a record or a report. Slides proposes an outline for review before generating anything. Once approved, it generates slides with the brand theme from Brand & DAM: colours, fonts, logos and locked layouts that non-admins cannot alter. A QBR can be built from customer usage and outcomes; a board pack from KPIs.
Live numbers, frozen when shared
Charts from Sheets and BI, record cards and KPI tiles embed live, with an as-of timestamp. Generated content never invents metrics; numbers come from the embedded sources. When a deck is shared externally or exported, live embeds freeze into a version, so the deck the client saw is preserved even if the source is corrected later.
Claim checks before external use
External decks run a claim check against One3's Public AI Claim Rules, with evidence links. Unresolved flags block external sharing until a person resolves them. This keeps sales and marketing decks honest about what is planned and what is measured.
Editing and presenting
The editor covers slides, layouts, text, images, shapes, tables and speaker notes, with real-time co-editing and comments on the same collaboration stack as Docs. Present mode includes presenter view and a present link into Meet. Version history and sharing, retention and legal hold all run through Drive. A template library is planned per workspace and per agency client sub-account.
Formats
PPTX export is measured against a fidelity test set, with PDF export and ODF support. PPTX import produces an import report that lists anything unsupported, such as animations, instead of dropping it silently.
Agents in suggestion mode
The AI Presentation Designer generates decks from approved outlines and suggests layout and brand fixes. The AI QBR Preparer builds QBR decks with sourced figures. External sharing and export always stay with a person.
