Meet
Video meetings that end in approved record updates, not just notes
Meet runs video meetings with consented recording and transcription, then produces a summary, action items and proposals to update CRM, Projects and other records. The host reviews every proposal before anything changes.
Meetings as a source of governed work
Meet is planned for W3 H2 as an add-on, with meeting and transcription minutes metered. It runs on LiveKit rooms in the browser with no install: audio, video, screen share, chat, raise hand, lobby and admit controls, host and co-host roles, and adaptive quality with audio-only fallback for low bandwidth. Live captions start in English, with Hindi and Tamil added after per-language evals.
Consent before capture
Recording follows a workspace policy: off, host opt-in or always-notify. When recording is on, every participant sees a consent notice before capture, a visible indicator stays on screen and a consent record is kept per participant against the notice version. Participants can leave or ask not to be recorded, and the host sees who declined. Recordings are classified confidential by default, and transcripts can be upgraded to personal data automatically when sensitive patterns appear. Hosts can redact transcript segments with a reason.
From transcript to approved updates
When a meeting ends, Meet produces a summary with decisions, risks, open questions and action items with owners and due dates. It also proposes record updates such as deal stage, next step, close date, contact role, ticket status or new project tasks, each with an evidence quote and timestamp. On the host review screen, each proposal is approved, edited or rejected. R1 and R2 items can be bulk-approved; R3 and above go to the Approvals Inbox. In the first release, proposals are never applied automatically.
The follow-up writes itself
A follow-up email draft goes to Mail for the host to send. The summary can post to the record's channel in Chats, and go over WhatsApp to consenting attendees in Hindi, Tamil or English (verify). Meeting search answers questions like what the client said about delivery timelines, with citations to the transcript.
External meetings and agents
A notetaker bot is planned to join Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet calls through an integration provider, announcing itself and following host policy (verify provider terms). The AI Meeting Scribe or AI Sales Assistant can attend as a named participant with an agent badge and disclosure. In W3, agents listen and take notes only; they never speak for the tenant in external meetings and never approve their own proposals.
Cost and outcome
Media minutes, transcription and AI cost per meeting post to the ROI Ledger alongside outcomes such as proposals applied and next meeting booked.
