Treasury & Cash

Cash position, a 13-week forecast and liquidity alerts across every bank and entity

Planned · Year 3 (W4)Sold as: Add-onC-109

Treasury & Cash is a planned W4 add-on that shows daily cash across banks and entities and builds a 13-week forecast from receivables, payables, payroll and taxes. It proposes actions; it never moves funds on its own.

Knowing your cash

Founders and CFOs often cannot see cash for the next quarter. Treasury & Cash, planned for Year 3 (W4), keeps a register of every bank account across entities with signatories (as a record), purpose, overdraft or cash-credit limits and status. Daily balances come from bank feeds, Account Aggregator or imported statements, each with a freshness indicator, and roll up by entity, bank and currency.

A 13-week forecast from real records

Because receivables, payables, payroll and taxes already live in One3, the forecast is built from them rather than typed in. Receipts come from open receivables with predicted pay dates, subscriptions and mandates. Payments come from payables due, payroll runs and tax liabilities. Each week's forecast is snapshotted, and actual-versus-forecast accuracy is tracked by category, so you can see how good the forecast has been.

Liquidity alerts fire when a minimum cash threshold per entity or account is projected to be breached, with the drivers shown. When a shortfall is projected, the module proposes which payables to defer within vendor terms, which collections to focus on and which sweeps to make; statutory dues are never proposed for deferral. Inter-account sweeps and transfers are only proposals: execution goes through the bank with R4 approval.

Exposure and instruments

At GA the module adds an FX exposure register of foreign-currency receivables, payables and balances by currency and maturity; a hedge register for forwards obtained from banks (record only, verify); and a register of deposits and permitted instruments with maturity and interest accrual (verify). Borrowings with covenant monitoring, bank guarantees and letters of credit, and direct host-to-host bank connectivity are planned later (W5).

The Treasury & Cash Analyst Digital Employee refreshes the forecast weekly, writes variance commentary, flags idle cash and unexpected large debits, and prepares proposals. It never moves funds.
