Embedded Finance
Consent-based financing offers from regulated lenders, shown with all their charges
Embedded Finance is a planned W5 partner service that lets tenants share invoice and receivables data, with consent, to receive financing offers from regulated banks and NBFCs. One3 does not lend (verify).
A partner service, not a lender
Embedded Finance is planned for W5 (Years 4–5) as a partner service. One3 does not lend, does not rank offers by its own commercial interest and does not make credit decisions. Regulated lenders (banks and NBFCs) and regulated receivables discounting platforms make offers and decisions, and the tenant contracts with them directly. Every regulatory point here is marked verify; check with counsel.
Consent first
Before any data is shared, a financing consent is recorded per lender: the purpose, the data scope (invoices, receivables ageing, bank data via Account Aggregator), and the duration. Consent can be revoked. Lenders are onboarded through an internal process that records due diligence, regulatory status evidence, the contract and the agreed data-sharing scope.
Offers and applications
Offers are shown as the lender supplies them, with the lender's identity, all charges and key facts. When a tenant applies, pre-filled application data is sent to the lender under consent and the application status is tracked from the lender's updates.
No AI nudging
By design, no AI feature ranks, recommends, summarises or explains financing offers, and no Digital Employee applies for financing or nudges a tenant towards an offer. The only automated text is a deterministic description of the consent scope.
Invoices, records and grievances
Where a structure requires it, financed invoices are marked and payment instructions point to the lender's collection account. Lender disbursements and repayments are recorded from lender data and posted to Accounts. Tenant complaints are routed to the lender's grievance officer with tracking (verify). At GA, integration with regulated receivables discounting platforms for MSME invoices is planned (verify eligibility).
