Supervision cost
The value of the human time spent approving, reviewing and correcting an agent's work, always counted as investment.
Supervision cost is the human time a team spends on an agent — approvals, reviews and corrections — valued at an hourly rate the tenant sets. One3 always shows it as an investment line, because leaving it out would overstate the return of automation.
It is captured from Approvals Inbox and review-queue timings. The ledger also reports human_minutes_per_accepted_outcome and a supervision ratio, with an alert when supervision cost exceeds a set share of investment — a sign to retrain or narrow the agent's scope. A Digital Employee that needs minutes of review per task is not free labour.
