Approvals Inbox
The single place where people review and decide pending R3 and R4 Actions from agents, workflows and colleagues.
The Approvals Inbox is a platform service included in every subscription. Pending Actions arrive with a diff preview, the AI's rationale, evidence, the risk tier and similar past decisions. Approvers can approve, edit or reject with a reason — and those reasons feed agent training — or bulk-approve by rule.
Approvals bind the material inputs (payload, audience, amount and policy version), so an approval cannot be reused for something that has since changed. In Year 1, owners and managers can also approve from WhatsApp. Approval timings feed the supervision cost in the Investment & ROI Ledger.
