Pass-through costs
Third-party costs such as WhatsApp conversations, SMS, calls, SERP data and enrichment, billed at cost plus margin or capped.
Pass-through costs are charges from third parties that an agent's work incurs: WhatsApp and SMS messages, voice minutes, search and SERP data, enrichment lookups and similar services. In One3 pricing formulas they appear as P × (1 + m_p) — billed at cost plus a margin, or capped — and are never absorbed silently.
Every pass-through line is itemised in the Investment & ROI Ledger and reconciled monthly against provider invoices. Pass-through costs are not refunded once incurred with a third party. During a sandbox trial they are zero, because the sandbox doesn't contact real people. Provider pricing models are verify items.
