Every plan includes an allowance and a hard cap with optional top-ups. When the cap is reached, non-critical AI pauses automatically, but approvals and R4 paths are never blocked mid-flow. For rented agents, credits appear as C in the rental formula and as a separate line in the Investment & ROI Ledger. Agencies can pool credits across sub-accounts.
