Glossary
Definition of Done levels
Five levels, L1 to L5, that an app must reach — L3 is the minimum for general availability.
One3 apps are measured against five Definition-of-Done levels:
- L1 Pack — objects, Actions, events and views generated; permissions and isolation tests; API and MCP exposed.
- L2 Workflow — the core process flow runs end to end, with automations, notifications, import and export.
- L3 AI-native — agent skills with evals, Copilot support, autonomy ladder, cost tracking, guardrails, docs and launch languages. Minimum for GA.
- L4 Industry-grade — compliance verified by domain experts, migrations, scale and audit.
- L5 Autonomous — outcome metrics and a large share of routine Actions at A3+ with a low undo rate.
One3 does not launch half-built apps.
