Pack
A versioned bundle of objects, Actions, events, workflows, policies, views, agent skills and evals that makes up an app module.
A Pack is how One3 builds 200 capabilities without 200 separate products. Each module of an app is a Pack on the kernel: a versioned bundle of objects, relations, Actions with handlers, events, workflows, policies, views, dashboards, agent skills, evals, seed data, migrations and translations, described by a pack.yaml manifest.
First-party Packs are written by One3, with most of their code planned to be generated from the manifest (target). Tenant Packs are built in the Apps Builder. Marketplace Packs come from partners and must meet the Marketplace Trust Standard.
Upgrades use a 3-way merge of the base Pack, the new version and the tenant's customisations, tested on a synthetic sandbox before they apply. Agent templates follow the same versioned model.
