Capability Brief
The approved one-page brief every app, Pack, agent family or connector needs before it enters a sprint.
A Capability Brief is the gate before build. No app, Pack, agent template family or connector enters a sprint without an approved brief with a named owner, linked Fact Register ids and pass/fail acceptance criteria.
The template covers customer and buyer, jobs and workflows, objects, relations, Actions and events, policies and permissions, integrations, migration, AI skills and evals, compliance and facts, operations, commercials and the target Definition-of-Done level. It is approved by the founder for product and the tech lead for feasibility.
