C2PA provenance
An open standard for signing media with its origin, used by One3 to mark AI-generated content.
C2PA (Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity) is an open standard for attaching signed provenance metadata to images, video and audio, showing how and by what a piece of media was made. One3 plans to sign AI-generated media — avatar videos, images and voice — with C2PA metadata, alongside visible "AI-generated" labels where required.
Provenance supports One3's synthetic-avatar-first policy and platform AI-content labelling rules. Tooling and platform requirements are verify items tracked in the Fact Register. Render costs for signed media flow into the Investment & ROI Ledger like any other avatar or video job.
