Recruit (ATS)
Requisition to signed offer, with every hiring decision kept with people
Recruit runs requisitions, postings, careers pages, pipelines, interviews, scorecards and offers. It can be bought on its own, and an accepted offer becomes an employee without re-entry.
What it does
Recruit is the applicant tracking module of People. It is planned as an add-on that can also be bought standalone. Without Core HR, hiring creates a minimal employee record that Core HR takes over when subscribed.
A hire starts with a requisition linked to a position or new headcount, with justification, budget range and approvals per the delegation of authority. Approved requisitions become internal or external job postings on a hosted careers page per entity or brand, and on job boards through Integration Hub connectors (verify API access per board). Application forms carry configurable and knockout questions. Knockout answers are flagged for human review, not used to auto-reject.
Pipeline and interviews
Candidate profiles link to the shared person record and are de-duplicated by verified email or phone, with source tracking. Resumes are parsed into structured fields. Pipelines have configurable stages per requisition template with drag-and-drop and stage history. Interviews are scheduled from panel availability through Calendar, with self-scheduling links and video links. Scorecards use competency templates and stay hidden from other panelists until submitted. Structured interview kits give question banks per competency.
Offers and handoff
Offers take compensation from the grade range and need approval outside the band. Offer letters use templates and e-sign through One3 Sign. When an offer is accepted, the candidate moves to pre-boarding in Core HR on the same person record.
What is different
AI in Recruit is advisory. Match explanations show fit against criteria with evidence snippets, never a bare ranking score, and are bias-audited before release and on every model change. Rejection is a human-only Action, enforced by policy tests. Candidate messaging runs over email and WhatsApp with opt-in, high-volume hiring supports WhatsApp apply flows and walk-in drives with QR check-in, and candidate data follows retention and DPDP erasure rules. Recruit is planned for Year 2 PI-2, with GA in PI-3.
