Dashboards
Role home pages built from metrics your apps already define
Dashboards gives every role a home page from metrics that subscribed apps publish, with freshness and quality on every tile. They are planned to reach people in-app, by email, on WhatsApp and in a white-label client portal.
No modelling before the first number
Most BI tools start by asking someone to model raw tables. Dashboards starts from a metric registry that each subscribed app fills: metric code, label, owning Pack, grain, allowed dimensions, aggregation, unit, currency handling, freshness target and owner. CRM, Marketing, Service Desk, Content, SEO, Billing lite and AI Workforce are planned to ship Pack dashboards, and role home pages are planned for the agency owner (leads, tickets, campaigns, AI cost and agent spend), sales manager, support lead, marketer and finance lite.
Every tile tells you how much to trust it
Tiles show a freshness badge and a data-quality badge. A tile below the quality threshold shows a warning with the reason. When a read model is behind, the tile says "updated N ago". Any tile drills through to the permission-trimmed record list in the source app.
Build, share and package
Version 1 lets authors clone and configure Pack dashboards. GA is planned to add a drag-and-drop builder with a widget library on Apache ECharts: KPI tiles with sparklines, line, bar, combo, funnel, pivot, gauge against goal and more. Sharing goes to users, groups, roles and workspaces, and each viewer only sees data inside their own permissions. Dashboards can be packaged into content apps with audiences, versioned and restored.
Delivered where people read
Planned for W2: scheduled delivery by email with a PDF or PNG snapshot, and WhatsApp summaries with key figures and a deep link (opt-in and template approval to be verified). Slack and Teams destinations are bound to Integration Hub connections. Each schedule renders separately for each recipient. Narrative summaries describe what changed, and every number in the text is copied from a query result; if the check fails, only the figures are sent. Users can follow a metric on their own slice and get a daily or weekly digest.
Alerts that start a decision
Threshold alerts (above, below, percentage change, missing data) write a deduplicated signal. Anomaly flags use seasonal baselines and are labelled "observed". Strategy & Governance cockpits and the Decision Engine pick these signals up.
For agencies
Agencies are planned to get configuration snapshots per sub-account, a cross-client portfolio dashboard, white-label monthly client report PDFs and publishing to the client portal lite. Indian number formats (lakh and crore), an April fiscal year default and local currencies are supported.

AI
AI skills and Digital Employees
Auto-dashboards per role
Creates private draft dashboards from subscribed modules; sharing is human.
Narrative summaries
Tile-linked "what changed" text with numbers inserted from results.
Anomaly flags
Seasonal baselines flag unusual values, labelled "observed".
Alert threshold suggestions
Suggests thresholds from history; a person creates the alert.
Client report narrative
Drafts agency client report text for review before portal publishing.
Digital Employees that use this module
They act through the same governed Actions as people; risky steps wait for approval.
Frequently asked questions
Do viewers need a full seat?
The plan is that read-only dashboard viewing uses a light seat, not a full seat. Final packaging comes from pricing tests.
Can I get a summary on WhatsApp?
WhatsApp summaries with key figures and a deep link are planned for W2. They need opt-in and an approved template, and never include sensitive personal data.
Will the AI make up numbers in summaries?
No. Narrative numbers are copied from query results. If the text contains a number not in the results, the narrative is suppressed and only figures are sent.
When is Dashboards planned?
Version 1 is planned for W1 and GA with the builder, schedules and alerts for W2, both inside the Year-1 boundary.
