Role Factory
The system that generates and tests agent templates from versioned packs, growing the catalog to 1000+.
The Role Factory builds agent templates by composition rather than by hand. A variant such as a Real Estate Tamil Site-Visit Booking Agent is the SDR role combined with a real estate pack, WhatsApp and calendar skills, a Tamil language pack, permissions, a knowledge scope, a KPI pack, an eval pack and a persona policy.
Variants are generated and tested. Growth runs through gates: 20 Listed and 6 Verified in Year 1, 100 in Year 2, 300 in Year 3 and 1000+ in Years 4–5 (targets). Each gate requires evidence such as live squads, statements for every renting tenant and zero consent incidents. Variants inherit their parent's certification level only if their own evals pass.
