Certification levels
Listed, Verified and Certified Outcome — the trust levels an agent template must earn.
Agent templates carry one of three certification levels:
- Listed — available for sandbox trial. Template spec complete, Eval Pack passes minimum, persona policy set, owner named.
- Verified — available for production rental. Eval Coverage Score at or above threshold, enough design-partner shadow decisions with high agreement, zero critical incidents, ledger integration tested.
- Certified Outcome — eligible for performance bonus or outcome pricing. Verified plus holdout-validated lift in several tenants of the target segment and a low dispute rate.
Exact sample sizes and thresholds are set from design-partner data. The Agent Certification Center adds periodic recertification and automatic review after incidents.
