Fact Register
One3's register of facts that can change — laws, licences, provider rules, prices — each with an owner and an expiry.
The Fact Register (with its Verification Center) tracks every "verify" item that affects launch, training, payments, personal data, regulated workflows, avatars and voice, or cost. Each row records the exact claim, its category, source, owner, last verified date, expiry, the documents and tasks it affects, and what is blocked if it is false.
Rules: a task that depends on an unverified blocking fact cannot reach Done; launch reviews require every blocking fact verified or waived in writing; verified rows expire; a changed fact triggers an impact review within five working days. The register starts internal in W0.
