Delegation of authority (DoA)
The matrix that says who may approve which amounts and decisions — for people and agents alike.
A delegation-of-authority (DoA) matrix sets approval limits: who can approve a discount, a purchase, a payment or a budget move, and up to what amount. In One3 it lives in the Company Constitution and is enforced by policy at the Action Bus.
Agents work within it like everyone else. A quote with a discount above the limit goes to a named manager; a requisition is approved per DoA before procurement starts. Tenants can configure DoA amounts within platform limits, but cannot remove risk-tier gates.
