Company Constitution
A machine-readable policy document per tenant that every agent obeys: brand voice, DoA, forbidden actions, escalation and contact rules.
The Company Constitution is a versioned, machine-readable document per tenant containing its brand voice, delegation-of-authority matrix (who can approve which amounts), forbidden actions, escalation rules, working hours and customer-contact rules.
Every agent obeys it, and every violation is logged. The Context Engine supplies it to agents, external content is checked against it before publishing, and the Enterprise Brain's Governor uses it to decide whether a proposed Action may run, needs approval or is forbidden. At board level, an AI oversight policy sets the hard limits the Constitution enforces.
