Capability (C-1…C-200)
A planned feature set with its own objects, Actions and AI skills — the unit of planning, not of sale.
A capability is a feature set with its own objects, Actions and AI skills, numbered C-1 to C-200. It is the unit of planning, Capability Briefs and sprint tasks, and it maps into a module. Capabilities are not sold separately.
Each capability has an earliest eligible wave; across the 200, the plan places 13 in W0, 16 in W1, 35 in W2, 43 in W3, 59 in W4, 26 in W5 and 8 in W6. Listed is not the same as scheduled: a capability enters a sprint only when it scores high on measured customer pull, its wave gate has passed and its dependencies are at GA level.
