People events start runbooks that provision or revoke accounts, devices, assets and licences with evidence.

Each step is a governed Action: it is permission-checked, logged, and either reversible or compensated.

People records a joiner, mover or leaver event

Runbook is selected by department, role and location

Joiners get accounts and groups, a device and enrolment invite, assets and licences, with a readiness check before start

Leavers are revoked immediately or scheduled at the exit time

Accounts are disabled, sessions revoked and privileged groups removed

Device lock or return task is raised; wipe only through R4 approval

Licences are reclaimed and the runbook closes when evidence is complete
