Partners (PRM)
Run your channel programme on the same CRM: registration, distribution and payouts
Partners (PRM) lets a tenant recruit and onboard its own channel partners, register and protect partner deals, distribute leads, enable partners with assets and pay them through Commissions.
Your own channel, on your CRM
Partners (PRM), planned for Year 3 (Wave 4), manages a tenant's own channel partners on the same CRM records. A partner is an organisation role on the shared record. This is different from One3's own agency partner tier, which manages client sub-accounts of One3.
Recruit and onboard
Partners apply through a form, go through a due-diligence checklist and, where needed, KYB checks through a licensed provider (to verify), sign an agreement and receive portal user invitations. Programmes such as reseller, referral and implementation have tiers with benefits, requirements and review cycles. Offboarding suspends or terminates the partner, reassigns registrations and leads, revokes portal access and issues a final statement.
Deal registration and conflict checks
Partners submit deals through the portal. Each registration is checked against existing leads, deals and other registrations for channel conflict, then approved with a protection period and expiry. Approval stays human.
Lead distribution
Leads are routed to partners by territory, specialisation, tier and capacity, with an accept or reject SLA and recall on SLA breach. Consent is respected when leads are shared.
Portal and enablement
The partner portal shows registrations, assigned leads, deal status with limited fields, assets, statements, profile and users. Internal channel managers see partner deals; partners see only their own. An enablement library offers files and content with tier-based visibility, versions and download tracking.
Paying partners
With Commissions subscribed, credits from partner-sourced or influenced deals are paid via Payables with partner tax documents. Scorecards, AI partner scoring, MDF and co-marketing with proof of performance, and real estate broker flows are planned alongside.
