Industry Edition · I-42

Member services, grievances, KYC, audit and risk around a licensed core banking system.

The Co-operative Credit Society Edition is planned for the non-core operations of credit societies: member services, grievance handling, KYC workflows, audit and risk reporting. It works around a licensed core banking system; One3 does not run deposits or loans.

Planned · Years 6–10 (W6)

Co-operative credit societies are heavily regulated and run their deposits and loans on licensed core banking systems. Around that core sits a lot of manual work: member requests, grievances, KYC refresh, audits and risk reporting. The Co-operative Credit Society Edition is designed for that surrounding work only.

What One3 does and does not do

One3 does not run deposits, loans or any core banking function. The Edition is designed to connect to the society's licensed core banking system and handle non-core operations around it. It will be offered only through partners, with counsel review mandatory.

How the work runs

  • Member services. CRM holds member profiles and service requests such as statements, nominee updates or address changes, linked to the core system by reference.
  • Grievances. Helpdesk logs member grievances, routes them, tracks timelines and records outcomes.
  • KYC workflows. KYC / KYB runs verification and periodic re-KYC through licensed providers, with results recorded per member.
  • Risk. Enterprise Risk keeps the risk register, key risk indicators and treatments.
  • Audit. Internal Audit runs audit plans, workpapers, findings and follow-ups.
  • Records. Records Management applies retention schedules and keeps disposition evidence.

Digital Employees

An AI Support Triage Agent routes member requests and grievances. An AI Compliance Monitor collects control evidence. An AI Regulatory Watch Analyst summarises regulatory changes for review. An AI Document Controller classifies and retains records. They work for society staff under supervision and never make credit or deposit decisions.

Regulation

State Registrar of Co-operative Societies rules, central co-operative rules and RBI oversight for co-operative banks apply. Counsel review is mandatory before any deployment.
