Reversibility class
What can honestly be done after an Action runs: reverse it, compensate for it, or nothing.
Every Action declares one of five reversibility classes, and the UI promises only what is true:
fully_reversible— internal state can be restored exactly. UI: "Reverse".compensatable— can't be undone, but a compensating Action limits the impact, such as a credit note. UI: "Compensate".externally_irreversible— the effect has left One3: a message sent, a post published, ad spend incurred.legally_irreversible— a legal or statutory effect, such as a signed contract or filed return.privacy_impact_irreversible— personal data was disclosed.
One3 replaced "undo" with "reverse or compensate" in all copy. The class combines with the risk tier to set approval defaults, and it drives incident handling: a blast-radius query finds everything an agent changed, then each item is reversed or compensated per its class.
