Knowledge
One3's permission-aware document knowledge base that answers with citations and detects gaps.
Knowledge is a module of the Intelligence app, with a starter included in the Platform. It ingests documents, wikis, SOPs and web pages, classifies them for PII and confidentiality, chunks them by structure, embeds them in a multilingual hybrid index and stamps each chunk with its source permissions.
Answers come with citations and a groundedness check, and "I don't know" is preferred over guessing. Unanswered questions become knowledge gaps that the Knowledge Curator agent turns into article drafts for human review. Knowledge v0 is planned for W0 and GA within Year 1.
