Agent Network
A planned network where verified company agents discover, negotiate and transact with each other under policy.
The Agent Network is One3's W6 vision (Years 6–10) for company-to-company agent collaboration: verified organisation agents that can discover each other, negotiate, agree and settle under policy, with identity federation and human approval for R4 commitments.
It builds on the Agreement and Actor kernel primitives, which exist from the start, and on agent payments through licensed partners. The plan's gate includes zero S1 incidents over consecutive quarters before cross-company scale. Until then, the Year-1 substitute for any cross-company work is ordinary integrations and portals, and every external commitment stays with a human.
