Tenant
One customer's isolated space in One3, with its own data, users, agents, policies and subscriptions.
A tenant is one customer organisation's isolated space. The hierarchy runs partner → tenant → workspace: an agency partner can own many client tenants (sub-accounts), and each tenant can have workspaces.
Isolation is enforced by identity, entitlements and database row-level security rather than separate hostnames, with automated cross-tenant leak tests in CI. Plans set the isolation tier — pooled, bridge, silo or sovereign — and enterprise tenants can get dedicated cells. Users keep one login across the tenants they belong to.
