Each step is a governed Action: it is permission-checked, logged, and either reversible or compensated.

    A device or gateway sends telemetry over MQTT or HTTP with its own identity

    The decoder normalises payloads and units; telemetry is stored with rollups

    Rules evaluate thresholds, rate of change, silence and duration

    A met condition raises a deduplicated IoTAlert with severity

  5. 5

    If the rule has an Action, the Action Bus applies risk tier, DoA and approvals

  6. 6

    The owner app creates the work order, frontline task or EHS observation

  7. 7

    When the condition clears, the alert closes and ROI entries are written
